Summer Family Camp 2021


Use the form below to register for this years camp. The form will help you work out the  accommodation appropriate to your family group and will calculate the Total Price. To secure your booking you have the option of paying online in full by credit card or paying a 20% deposit on receipt of an invoice. If you choose the deposit option you must pay the balance at the latest one month before the camp commences.

Please note that places at the camp are limited and all accommodation is available on a first come first served basis. We will do our best to provide your preferred accommodation option however we reserve the right to select an alternative if your choice is not available. If you can’t see an option that suits your needs or are unsure of which option to choose please get in touch with us.

Groups made up of parents with children from more than one family should make a separate registration per family.

The Total Price quoted in the form includes chartered ferry travel to and from Great barrier Island (Departure from either Sandspit/Gulf Harbour – to be confirmed), meals and accommodation. If you have special travel requirements i.e. want to bring a vehicle, trailer, boat or kayak these arrangements must be made by you – if you need help sorting this out please get in touch.

PLEASE NOTE: To remove any uncertainty due to COVID, Orama will offer full refunds if cancellation of Family Camp is enforced due to COVID lockdown restrictions.

There is a distinction between adults (older than 18 years), children and young adults (aged from 3 to 18 years) and infants (aged 2 years or under).
Infants stay for free and do not require a bed. However you will need to arrange a portable cot for your infant(s) and the chosen accommodation option must have enough space for cots.
Family groups with more than two children should choose one of the first two options, then select the type of accommodation and then use the add-on Adults or Children / Young adult sub-option to reach the required number of people. Larger family groups are encouraged to go for the tent site option. If this is you then start with the Two Adults with Children / Young Adults option, choose the Large Tent Site sub-option and then use the add-on Adults and Children / Young Adults sub-options to select the total number of people.
If you choose to pay on invoice then you have the option of paying a 20% deposit to secure your booking. When we receive your registration we will email you an invoice for the Total Payable. The balance of 80% must be paid one month before the camp commences. If you choose to pay the full amount by credit card you will not receive an invoice but we will send you a receipt instead.

The Total Payable has been calculated based on the accommodation options you have chosen. Once calculated please take note of the Total Payable. If you have selected the invoice option and would like to pay in advance of receiving an invoice use the following account details when paying by online banking: Orama Christian Trust, ANZ 01-0102-0023502-00, code: CAMP, reference: your last name. All bank payments must be made in NZ$ and all bank transfer costs must be covered by the sender.
