In this policy a Client refers to any person who visits the Orama web site or the physical Orama Oasis site and who uses or has the potential to use Orama services.
Information Collected by Orama
Orama Oasis is committed to protecting the privacy of its Clients. Orama does not knowingly collect information that personally identifies a Client during a visit to the Orama web site, unless the Client explicitly chooses to provide this information by submitting an email sign-up form, a booking request or a contact form. If and when a Client submits personal information (e.g. name, email address, telephone number etc) this information will then be accessible by Orama staff only for the purposes for which it was originally intended and/or so that Orama can better understand the Client and their interest in Orama services.
Sharing of Information
Orama will not disclose any personal information provided by the Client to any third party without the express permission of the Client, unless it is required so that Orama can provide services to the Client or otherwise as required by law.

Accessing and Updating of a Client’s Personal information
Orama is happy to provide its Clients with access to any of the Client’s own personal information held in Orama systems. If a Client finds that their own personal information is not correct, the Client may ask for the information to be corrected by contacting Orama as per the Contacting Orama section of this Policy
If at any time a Client would like Orama to stop sending correspondence (e.g. newsletters, event notifications etc) to the Client’s email or mail address, or would like the Client’s own personal information to be removed from Orama’s systems, the Client should make the request as per the Contacting Orama section of this Policy.
